Book a Scientist

With the “Book a Scientist” program, the Leibniz Association offers unique insights into the world of science for interested participants. Several times a year, individuals have the chance to book exclusive, one-on-one discussions with scientists, allowing them to explore current research questions, scientific methods, or specific topics of personal interest. These sessions provide a rare opportunity to delve deeper into researchers' work and discoveries and to engage in direct conversation with experts. The wide range of topics spans multiple scientific disciplines, appealing to a broad audience. Leibniz-IWT regularly participates with fascinating contributions from the field of materials research. Hallenschnack

The Hallenschnack, organized by Leibniz-IWT, provides a regular platform for exchange among students, researchers, and industry representatives. Each summer semester, participants gather in an informal setting to discuss current topics and ongoing projects. Alongside specialist presentations and discussions, the event emphasizes open dialogue, fostering new connections and promoting knowledge transfer.
