student assistant (m/f/d) for reception

Become part of our team with up to 39 hours per month at the earliest possible date. We aim to work with you over several semesters and you will receive an annual contract.

 

The working hours will be mainly in the afternoons (Mon-Thu 13 - 16:30) by arrangement. The working hours will be extended during replacement times (Mon-Fri 9 am - 1 pm).

The Leibniz-IWT stands for research in the field of new materials, new processes and optimized components. Our work is interdisciplinary, international and practice-oriented. Our scientific questions range from material production, such as powder production for additive manufacturing, to the analysis of the final machined components, for example high-precision gears. This is how we shape the requirements of tomorrow.

 

        What we need your support for:

  • Support for our switchboard and reception of visitors

  • Processing mail and parcels

  • Recording bookings in our time recording system

  • Administrative tasks, e.g. correspondence, contracts

     

    What sets you apart:

  • Enrolled student at a state-recognized university

  • Friendly demeanor towards employees and visitors

  • good knowledge of MS Office programs, especially Excel and Word

  • good knowledge of German and English (B2) 

  • a careful and flexible way of working

  • quick comprehension and high reliability

     

    What you can expect from us:

  • a gross salary of EUR 13.46 per hour
