The Institute congratulates the Director of the Department of Process Engineering, Prof. Lutz Mädler, on his election to the review board "Process Engineering, Technical Chemistry" for the subject "Mechanical Process Engineering". 

In this prestigious position, he will be involved in the evaluation of funding proposals to the DFG for four years and will therefore be responsible for the quality assurance of the review process. A total of over 54,000 scientists and academics voted for the 49 review board positions in the various disciplines between over 1600 candidates.
