The Royal Society is one of the oldest scientific societies in the world and was among the first institutions dedicated to the systematic advancement of science and research. The last workshop of this renowned association was recently held on "Symbolic Regression in the Physical Sciences". 

Included: IWT-director Prof. Dr. Evgeniya Kabliman. She delivered an engaging presentation on "Constitutive Modeling with Symbolic Regression." In her talk, she combined two distinct approaches: constitutive modeling and symbolic regression. By integrating these two approaches, it becomes possible to uncover physical laws from data in a way that is both data-driven and mathematically interpretable.
