Meals always contain a personal touch, an individual seasoning and a diverse combination of ingredients. This makes every meal unique - as unique as every employee at the Leibniz-IWT.  

The diversity festival took place for the first time on January 27: Employees were invited to bring along a specialty that reminded them of their own origins. This resulted in a diverse buffet - including East German “Kalter Hund”, Ukrainian Warenyky and the Persian rice dessert Zholed Sard. While listening to international music, people tasted, talked and exchanged their own recipes.  

The Leibniz-IWT diversity team aims to promote intercultural exchange at the institute with encounters like these.
