In a shortened training period of 2.5 years, Marja Weustemaat completed her training as an office management assistant at the institute at the beginning of 2025. During her apprenticeship, she focused on the areas of human resources and event management / marketing, but worked in all areas of administration at the Leibniz-IWT.  

With a high level of commitment and prudence, she was already a great support and valuable colleague during her training - so we are all the more pleased to have Marja Weustemaat continue to work in the IWT team, as she has been working 50 % in the HR department and 50 % in science communication since January.  

She was honored by her trainer, Sarah Bunge, and the management once again with a small but nice welcome gift - combined with congratulations and thanks.
