Laura Kleymann and Pierre Maurice Lerche successfully completed their training as materials testers in January 2026. Over the past 3.5 years, both have distinguished themselves in the Metallographic Analysis Department with their dedication, curiosity, and perseverance.

Department head Dr.-Ing. Andree Irretier and training manager Daniel Hallmann took the opportunity to thank them on behalf of the entire institute for their energetic support and to congratulate them on passing their exams (Figure 1). 

Lina Hauschild from MPA-Bremen was also successful, celebrating her qualification as a building materials tester together with her training manager Gerhard Bukowski (Figure 2). In a shortened training period of 2.5 years, she eagerly learned how to take samples from construction sites and existing buildings, prepare them in the laboratory, and test material properties in accordance with applicable regulations and standards. 

The institute is particularly pleased that Laura Kleymann and Lina Hauschild will remain as specialists in their respective departments. Pierre Maurice Lerche can be congratulated on a position in industry in the greater Bremen area.
