On November 20, 2025 at 4:00 PM, the Leibniz Institute for Materials Engineering invites you to the free online lecture series "Leibniz-IWT Live." Since 2021, this established format has provided a direct connection between current materials research and interested professional audiences.

In the upcoming session, Dr.-Ing. Tobias Hüsemann will present his research findings on "Relationships between Alloy System, Case Hardening and Grindability." The 30-minute technical presentation will be complemented by an interactive discussion session that enables direct exchange with the speaker.
