On March 16 and 17, 2026, Leibniz-IWT will host the international Bremen Workshop on Light Scattering. The conference brings together experts in the field of light scattering and covers topics such as T-matrix methods, discrete dipole approximation, near-field enhancement, plasmonics, and electron energy loss spectroscopy.

The workshop is organized by Dr.-Ing. Thomas Wriedt (Leibniz-IWT, Process Engineering department) and Jonas Gienger (Physikalisch-Technische Bundesanstalt, Berlin).

Participation is free of charge. Registration by email until February 10, 2026. Abstracts can be submitted until March 1, 2026.
