Nixie Clock

A Nixie clock was build by a student of 15 years during a month work experience (Schülerpraktikum)  in January 2007.

The design is based on four TTL SN74142 counter chips. This chips combine a BCD counter, a 4 bit latch, a BCD decoder and a Nixie driver.

For display four Russian IN-14 Nixie tunes were used.
